David DeCosmo, past WYOU broadcaster, and current volunteer host and producer with Electric City Television, a public Access Station, will present a program on the 40th Anniversary of the Tropical Agnes Flood ofWyomingValleyin the Community Room of the Hoyt Library on June 22, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

All ages are welcome to come to the 40th Anniversary Presentation of the Agnes Disaster featuring  David  DeCosmo, and to hear an informative journey from a man who had a a bird’s eye view of one of the Wyoming Valley’s worst disasters.
